Green Sauce Cream Pasta

Colorado Green, cream cheese and pasta. Need we say more? Low cook time, simple and delicious, with just enough heat.

Ingredients

• 5 oz Colorado Green
• 16 oz cream cheese
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 16 oz penne pasta
• Cilantro
• Roma tomato
• Grilled chicken (optional)
• Parmesan

Method

1. Combine Colorado Green, cream cheese and sour cream in a medium saucepan. Heat on medium-low, stirring until smooth.
2. Toss with the cooked pasta.
3. Top with Parmesan, a sprig of cilantro, diced Roma tomato and grilled chicken if you like.
