Shipping & returns

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping is a flat $8, and free on orders of $45 or more. Sales tax isn't added.

Every order is packed by hand. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as yours ships. We send everything by USPS Ground Advantage, which usually takes 3–7 business days.

Broken bottles and problems

Glass and shipping don't always get along. If anything arrives broken or wrong, email a photo to orders@colorfulcc.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Returns

Because our sauces are food, we can't take returns. If something's wrong with your order, we'll make it right.
