Terms of sale
The plain rules for buying from colorfulcc.com.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through at checkout, and you'll get a receipt by email.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Shipping is $8 flat, and free on orders of $45 or more. See Shipping & returns for details.
Returns and problems
Our sauces are food, so we can't take returns. If anything arrives broken or wrong, email a photo to orders@colorfulcc.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Discount codes and gift cards
Discount codes can't be combined unless we say so. WELCOME10 is for a first order only. Gift cards are codes you enter at checkout. If an order uses less than the full amount, the rest stays on the same code for next time. Gift cards don't expire and can't be exchanged for cash.
Hot sauce warning
Some of our sauces are very hot. Keep them away from eyes and children. If you have a food allergy, email us before you order and we'll send you the full ingredient list.
